In FY24, we began to bring the brand to life across all touchpoints. At the same time, we have made enormous headway on improving our gifts and celebration essentials offer, which is thebiggest growth area. We are ranked no.1 for ‘good value’ and ranked the no.1 for a ‘wide range of products'. As the cost-of-living crisis continues to influence consumer attitudes and behaviours, cardfactory’s unique blend of quality and choice at accessible prices has proven more relevant than ever. It is also one of the reasons that cardfactory has been recognised as a top 20 most loved UK retail brand.
